April 2019- Witness came to Neema yesterday. She was born April 16. She is a healthy little girl weighing 2.5 kg. Her mother and father are both addicted to cocaine. The mother is still at the hospital and is only 19 years old. She does not have any relatives. The father has a mother that is willing to take care of the baby. She is taking care of the mother and father right now, however. She is unable to care for all three at this time. Little Witness will be returned home when it is safe to do so.
