The hospital sent another “Itty Bitty” to Neema Village late this afternoon, April 28, 2021.  I think baby Sarah is the longest one week old baby I have ever seen. She is so tiny her head is the size of a lemon.  She only weighs 1.25 kg and still has her umbilical cord. We will be kangarooing her and feeding her with a dropper every two hours for about a week until she can get some fat on. At least her oxygen level is good so we don’t have to use the mask. Another mom who will not get to see her baby girl grow up. So very sad.  Please continue to help us save these babies by sponsoring one of our new ones.  Bless you!

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
