Rose
This is a hard story to write. The people who found her deep in the forest, laying by a stream, named her Rose. They don’t know how long she had been there but her thin little arms and legs were covered by scratches and bug bites. Someone cared for her once because her little ears are pierced. Perhaps her mother felt she couldn’t care for her little girl because, what I haven’t told is you is, our little Rose is blind and possibly deaf. Its hard to image what she thought as she lay there day and night alone. She is old enough to know the person who cared for her is gone. But Rose is safe now. Dressed in warm clothes , with a healthy breakfast in her belly, she attended her first session at the Neema Village rehab center.
It is hard to write and hard to read, but imagine how hard it was for Rose to live through this. We will need your help to raise this baby. Chances that she will be adopted are slim to none. They believe babies like this are cursed, noone wants them. We believe they are a blessing and we rejoice at the opportunity to love this little one. You can help us by setting up a sponsorship. They start at $30 a month.
You will be blessed.
