Nosim #2

Nosim baby #2 came to Neema in the middle of the night.  She is very malnourished.  Her mom had died in childbirth out in a Maasai village and her grandmother and father brought the baby in to Neema.  Hopefully he will be a good dad and will come regularly to see baby Nosim.  We try to send the babies home if possible by age two when they are off bottles and diapers but if the dad has not been coming to visit then the baby does not know him so it is hard to send them home. Please sponsor one of Neema’s babies, there are so many babies at Neema right now that it is hard to buy enough formula and diapers for them.  Thank you for caring.

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
