Neyesu and Furaha #2

These little twin baby girls came to Neema Village from the same village that our first two babies, Frankie and Meshack, came from eight years ago.  They are Maasai.  Neyesu’s name means “one who belongs to Jesus.”  Furaha means Joy.  They were born March 25th, 2020 in a very remote village.  The mother was not doing well after the birth and the villagers tried to get her in to the hospital but sadly she passed away during the journey.  The second wife who also had a baby was trying to feed the baby girls too but did not have enough milk.  The twins will go back to the village when they are stable and out of danger.  Please help us care for these little ones until they can return to the village.  Bless you.

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
