This little newborn came to Neema Village this morning, Sept 6, 2022 . Her name is Neema Jacobo and she weighed 2.3kg on her arrival at Neema. Her Maasai mom died at her birth. Beautiful with a full head of black curls, she is from Maria’s village, which makes number 4 babies from that village so we are talking to the leaders about doing a safe birthing seminar with the traditional birthing attendants from there. Little Neema is jaundiced so she is under the Blue light a couple of times a day. She loves being under the light.  Neema Jacobo makes 5 new babies at Neema in the last seven days.  It’s a full house.
