Max

Max was born in November 10, 2022.  His mother left him in an open toilet pit (an outdoor hole in the ground) shortly after birth.  He was found and taken to the police station and then spent the first month of his life in  the hospital. We don’t know how long he was in the pit, but a good Samaritan came by, heard him and fished him out.  His skin is scarred from the exposure to bugs and everything else that goes into a toilet pit. His eyes are filled with infection. This could have been the extent of baby Max’s life but God had other plans. He is safe now and will receive treatment, but most importantly he will be loved at Neema Village. His mother is in jail and it is hard to be kind but who knows what this mom was facing in her life.  We tell ourselves it is not our place to judge.  Neema Village is a place of forgiveness and hope. Forgiveness for the moms and hope for the babies.  Can you help Max by Sponsoring him?

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
