Lightness #2

Lightness #2 is 8 months old and weighs only 3.2 kg or about 7 lbs or what a newborn weighs.  She was born February 1, 2022. She was brought in by Social Welfare, her mom is a drug and alcohol addict. Social welfare was contacted by people who saw the condition of the baby and the state of the mother. We are trying to see how to help the mom, please pray she will want the help that is being offered.
