Kelle. (Khauthar)

Sweet little Kelle came to Neema Village at 3 months old and weighed 9 pounds. She arrived in bad condition. She had rashes and bug bites on her skin and was very dehydrated and weak. Her mother is a prostitute and left the baby with a friend. When the friend took the baby to the clinic, social welfare was immediately called because of the baby’s condition. Kelly is growing stronger each day and will be loved well until we are able to find her a safe forever home.

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
