Keyran Kweka

Two week old Keyran came to Neema this week with the father, uncle and both grandmothers.  Her Mother had had two miscarriages and two weeks after having Keyran the mom died of pre-clampsia.  Keyran is related to Ryan and Renee, the twins who lived at Neema and were reunited with family last year,  Their fathers are brothers and both fathers have now lost their wives.  This is such a sad story for a mom who had wanted so badly to have a child and then die two weeks after the birth.  Most of what we work with in Africa is beyond sad but thank God some day those tears will be dried and all will be made new.  Please help us help them by sponsoring baby Keyran.  We cannot do this work with out the help of good people who love these babies.

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
