Baby Julius weighed 1.4 kg when he was brought to Neema Village.  Unfortunately his mother died after having a c-section, she has three other children and was 37 years old.  The father did not feel he could care for such a tiny baby with his other children and there were no other relatives who could step in.  We will keep baby Julius until he can return home to his father.  The baby is doing well and we have told the father he can come as often as he wants to feed and hold the baby.  We pray he will.
