Judith and the Triplet Boys

Multiple births of twins and triplets is very common in Tanzania.  Mothers who are generally undernourished have barely enough milk to feed one baby so the smaller babies in the multiple births are at risk of not surviving.  This mom was threatened by the father to get rid of the babies, fortunately she refused and the hospital felt she was at risk enough to call for our help.

Neema is always glad to step in and help.  These are beautiful baby boys and Judith is a good mom.  They have been living in the old guard shack behind Neema since their birth.  We can use your help as we support not only the babies but the mom as well.

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
