Neema’s newest baby, Joshua Trinity, came in last night, January 14, 2025. Dr. Sarun checked him in, he is large for a Maasai baby but perfect according to the doctor. The baby’s mom died of a ruptured uterus in the car trying to make it to the hospital. Baby Joshua is from a very remote Maasai village and the neighbors who brought the baby in said the mom was very young and the labor had been long and hard. We were all crying, it was beyond sad. God help us.
