Irene and her twin brother Ivan came to Neema through Social Welfare and weighed only 1.9 kg and 2 kg.  Their mom is mentally ill and cannot care for them.  We pray other family members can be found to care for them after little Irene’s cleft palatte is repaired.  We will need help with her surgery, please donate so we can get her fixed up as soon as she is a little bigger.  Bless you
