Sweet baby Hailey came to Neema Village May 313, 2025. She is almost 8 months old. Hailey’s mama, Emanuela, is 22 years old. She is in school studying law in Mwanza, which is very far away. Being an orphan, she was not able to keep up with her studies and take care of Hailey on her own. Jennifer is her social worker and she brought them to Neema Village. It is evident that Emanuela loves her baby and has taken very good care of her. It was heartbreaking watching her say goodbye. We promised her we would love Hailey and take good care of her until she is able to graduate and take her home. The nannies are holding her close until she gets used to being here. With God’s help, it’s what Neema does.
