Gideon #2 came to Neema on Friday. He was born March 24, 2021. He weighs 6lbs (2.75kg). He came to Neema with his father and aunt. Gideon was born in a clinic. His father knew his wife had lost too much blood and asked about a blood transfusion. When she was not getting the care she needed, she was taken by an ambulance to a government hospital. The hospital was trying to get things ready for a transfusion but it was too late. Sadly, Gideon’s mother passed away. Gideon is their third child. The aunty will care for Gideon when he is older. She has young children and a business and cannot care for him now. We will provide for him till his family is able.
