It’s been a busy day at Neema Village. Late this afternoon, Tuesday March 10, 2026,  another baby arrived, bringing us to 71 babies Baby girl Bahati comes from Longido. Her mother was pregnant with twins (babies #7 and #8) and began having serious complications during delivery. They attempted to take her to the clinic, but the rains have been so heavy that the river was flooded and the car could not cross. Because they could not reach the clinic in time, Bahati’s mother passed away, and her twin brother did not survive. Social Welfare was able to rescue Bahati and brought her safely to Neema Village. She weighs 2.7 kg (5.9 lbs) and appears to be healthy. We do not yet know what the future holds for this beautiful baby girl, but we do know that God will be walking with her every step of the way. 🤍 Please keep Bahati in your prayers tonight.
