August 2021- Precious baby boy Bahati was born June 25, 2021. He came to Neema August 10th, after the death of his mother. He weighs 4kg (8.8 lbs). He is healthy and perfect, you can tell he was well loved by his mom his first month of life. She had signs of preeclampsia before she delivered Bahati. She complained about not feeling well and went to the hospital and then back home. A couple days back at home and she collapsed. She was taken back to the hospital but they could not save her. They say the cause of death is high blood pressure. Bahati will return home when he is bigger. We know we could never replace his mothers love but we will do our best to continue the wonderful job she was doing. Bahati means lucky in English. Just remember little Bahati we are all lucky: Living Under Christ’s Kindness.
