Mary

Mary is 26 years old. Her parents died when she was a baby. She was very loved by her foster family and was well educated. She had a good job in Dar Es Salem in Marketing. When Mary fell pregnant she was very ashamed to tell her foster family because she thought they would be disappointed in her. She lost her job, and could not pay for herself or her baby. She was desperate for help. She came to Neema Village asking for help, so she was supported by the MAP program to get a rental room and set up a small business. She is very successful as a second hand clothes business woman as she has used her marketing skills to advertise her business and bring in many clients. Her foster family are very proud of her.  Used clothing is a good business for the MAP mothers.  Please check the list of businesses and cost of businesses if you want to support our MAP moms.  Bless you.

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
