Happy #3

 

Happy is a mama of triplets. Neema Village had been helping support her through our outreach program so that she could safely keep her babies since before the MAP program began. Some Neema Village volunteers went to go check on Happy and the triplets. The triplets were all doing well but Happy expressed the need to be able to make a better income to support them in the future. When the MAP program got started, we knew that Happy would be a great fit. Neema Village helped her to get started in a used clothes business, and she is now able to make a more significant income to care for her babies.


How to Help
Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names. They are easier to ignore before you see their faces. It is easier to pretend they’re not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes.
