Halimah – Successfully Completed

Halimah is 33 and has 2 children.  Her husband abandoned her when she got pregnant and married a second wife while she was pregnant and very depressed.  She moved to a room in a lady’s house and was all alone with her children.  Neema has begun a chips Mayai business in Checkerini for her.  That is a very popular dish made with potato fries and eggs.  She can smile again.  It is amazing to watch Hope come alive in these women who have been so abandoned and depressed.
